We're seeking an exceptional Senior Bankruptcy and Collections Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you directly shape client success.

Your Role

Manage cases from intake to closure, including these responsibilities :

• Assist at counsel's table in court.
• Drive cases forward with precision and before deadlines—always.
• Manage docket, 341 meetings, discovery, calendar, communications, and files.
• Draft Chapter 7, 11, 13, 15, and adversary petitions and compelling plain-English pleadings, demand letters, and correspondence.
• Research the law and prepare trial notebooks.
• Deliver client experiences that turn clients into raving fans.
• Anticipate and independently solve challenges.
• Partner with the founding attorney to free him to focus on client development and counseling, strategic legal thinking, trials, negotiations, and vision.
