As SENIOR HELPERS , we want our caregivers to succeed and build meaningful relationships with clients in their homes for as long as possible .

The SENIOR HELPERS dedicated care team is available 24 / 7 to assist our caregivers with questions and provide any needed support.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 18 years or older
• 6 mos previous experience (preferred, not required ) - In-Home or Facility Care
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level
• Ability to drive to get to work
• Valid driver's license with no serious driving violations and current auto insurance
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations.
• Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping
• Household management
• Walking assistance
• Eating assistance
• Errands
• Transportation using client's vehicle or your vehicle
• Meal planning and preparation
• Laundry and linen changing
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing assistance
• Toileting
• Medication reminders
• Monitor Alzheimer's & Dementia clients
• Assist client to and from bed
• Assist client throughout the day / night
