• Schedule : 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7 PM 7 AM)
• Compensation : $332,800 base salary
• Starting Bonus : Up to $40,000 (discussed during interview)
• Patient Load : Avg. patients per physician
• Team Support : APPs on staff; strong peer collaboration
• ICU : Closed no procedures or ICU management required
• Duties : Respond to rapids and codes; no admissions to ICU
• Environment : Directly employed, hospitalist-led model in a physician-friendly system
