Job Title
This position supports employees in both Canada and the US. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Canadian employment laws and have direct experience supporting employees in Canada.
Essential Functions
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the region. Travel as needed to company sites within the supported region.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience. Required. Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations. Required. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Required. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Required.
Compensation Information
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below : Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range : $75,000.00 Maximum Pay Range : $90,000.00
