The Director Of Outlet Operations will manage the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets. The Director is responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of the Food and Beverage Outlets in accordance with company policy, procedures, and standards. The director directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Special Qualifications, Education, or Licenses :

• Experience, skills, and certification
• 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position
• Manager's Safe Serve Permit required
• TABC required
