Restaurant Manager
As a restaurant manager you will provide the team with the skill, leadership, training and motivation to run a great restaurant that provides both customer satisfaction using Wendy's standards and procedures as well as ensuring profits.
You will be trained in Wendy's procedures, standards and values. Your hourly rate will start at $20.00 and be competitive in the market place. You will be provided with vacation time, free meals, needed time off, bonus opportunity and health insurance. The restaurant manager position requires a 50 hour work schedule. 40 hours at regular rate + 10 hours at 1 1 / 2 times regular rate. Hours based on clocking in / out for scheduled shifts.
You will be available to operate your restaurant on any shifts. You will hire, train and develop staff members to efficiently operate your restaurant. As a restaurant manager, you will work a scheduled work week of 5 days / 10 hour shifts or more as needed.
