Role Overview
Spectrum Staffing Group is actively recruiting a Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for greeting external partners, managing day-to-day front desk operations, supporting office needs, and coordinating with vendors. In addition to maintaining the office space, the associate will help ensure that staff, partners, and guests experience a warm, organized, and professional atmosphere. This is a temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, including partners and external guests, while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk presence
Maintain an approachable and professional demeanor at the front desk
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Stock and maintain the break room and office supplies daily
Monitor and maintain readiness of staff break rooms and conference rooms, ordering supplies as needed
Coordinate with vendors and support maintenance of office appliances
Assist with meeting preparation and visitor hospitality
Provide administrative support (copying, printing, filing, data entry)
Enforce visitor sign-in procedures and security protocols
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and write in standard English
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds
Ability to listen perceptively and demonstrate awareness
Ability to interact diplomatically with the public in a continuous contact environment
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
