Job descriptionThis is an 8-hour shift, MondayFriday This position requires full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI This role does not provide immigration sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Collect, review and examine an applicant's financial history and records Perform risk assessment reports Analyze client's financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies and the required documentation Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur Provide elite service to internal and external clients Communicate with clients via email and over the phone on loan status, which includes Mortgage Loan Officers and Broker Owners Manage multiple priorities while building rapport with clients Completed 2 or 4-year college degree Complex rationale and problem-solving skills Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and be coached Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to take accountability for actions Preferred experience in Finance and / or Accounting (financial analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable) Paid Time Off (PTO) after just 30 days Additional parental and maternity leave benefits after 12 months Adoption reimbursement program Paid volunteer hours Paid training and career development Medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401k with employer match Mortgage discount and area business discounts Free membership to our large, state-of-the-art fitness center, including exercise classes such as yoga and Zumba, various sports leagues and a full-size basketball court Wellness area, including an in-house primary-care physician's office, full-time massage therapist and hair salon Gourmet cafeteria featuring homemade breakfast and lunch Convenience store featuring healthy grab-and-go snacks In-house Starbucks and Dunkin Indoor / outdoor caf with Wi-Fi Compensation package includes stock and forgivable loan incentives (subject to contract terms and conditions).
