Position Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficiency, financial stability, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as a key business partner to the Owner / CEO, with responsibility for driving strategic initiatives and implementing continuous improvement processes.

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership across core business functions, establish and monitor goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster a culture of accountability and effective cross-departmental collaboration.

For the successful candidate, this role offers a clear career growth path with the opportunity to advance to the position of Executive Director.
