Payroll Accounting Compliance Manager

Job Overview :

The Payroll Accounting Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring payroll accounting activities are compliant with all relevant state and federal regulations and reporting requirements.

Highlights of Your Role :

• Collaborate closely with compensation, benefits, and accounting teams to ensure seamless compliance with new or expanded programs.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex payroll and accounting compliance issues effectively.
• Develop, implement, and monitor payroll tax payment processes, including quarterly and annual payroll tax filings.
• Oversee monthly and annual payroll-related general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy in tax postings and reconciliations.
• Provide hands-on support during both external and internal annual audit processes.
• Analyze, develop, and communicate ad-hoc reports to support the Sr. Manager of Accounting Compliance and the accounting team.
