Job Title : Product Manager
Location : Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid)
Duration : Direct Hire / Full-Time
Salary : $130K–$135K Annually

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :
- Develop, communicate, and implement the product roadmap
- Create and refine go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Ensure all product initiatives reflect customer needs, market trends, and ROI considerations
- Drive differentiation by analyzing competitor offerings and identifying market opportunities
- Appraise and evaluate new product ideas, developing actionable strategies for launch
- Gather and interpret customer insights to enhance offerings and customer experience
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to craft compelling value propositions for product positioning
- Support internal and external communications by delivering clear, aligned product messaging
- Manage cross-departmental projects related to product introduction and improvements
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company vision and client needs
- Foster collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Operations
- Deliver timely, accurate, and complete progress reports to leadership
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and executing process enhancements
What You Bring (Required) :
5+ years of product management experience, preferably within MSP or enterprise mobility solutionsProven success overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleStrong background in delivering product marketing strategies and go-to-market plansExceptional writing, presentation, and public-speaking skillsStrong attention to detail, process discipline, and deadline orientationEffective problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting prioritiesMust pass a background checkManager "must-haves" : experience with product roadmap creation, Edge platform revamp, product bundling strategy, and influencing product strategy without final decision authorityPreferred :
