JOB TITLE : Busser and or Barback

DEPARTMENT : Deep Six or Patio or Dining Room

REPORTS TO : General Manager

POSITION PURPOSE :

The Bussers / Barback is responsible for cleaning, resetting tables and help running food, ensuring the availably of ice, bringing guest needs to the attention of the waitstaff, and emptying trash receptacles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Clean tables and remove dishes after party leaves
• Help run food if necessary
• Empty trash receptacles
