Job description
A company is looking for a QDR Data Registry Coordinator-PRN.
Key Responsibilities :
Identifies patients for inclusion in Data Registries using strict criteria and protocols
Collects, validates, and submits clinical data to the Data Registries
Analyzes data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or equivalent nursing qualification required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license may be required for some positions
Minimum five years of related experience
Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information
