Job descriptionGreet and assist visitors, tenants, and employees at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence in a commercial real estate location. Monitor access to the building by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required by site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and client guidelines. Communicate professionally with building occupants and guests to address inquiries and provide information as needed. Assist with implementing emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel to help to deter potential issues. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, supporting the overall professional environment of the location. At least 2 years of security-related experience are required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and communication, embodying our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity every day.
