We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Consulting Administrative Coordinator for our healthcare consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, with a strong emphasis on customer service and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. The Consulting Administrative Coordinator is a vital member of our team, facilitating communication and coordination between consultants, clients, and internal teams. With a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our consulting services, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and the healthcare organizations we serve.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for our team of healthcare consultants, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
3. Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to enhance productivity and improve client services.
4. Manage project documentation, including tracking deliverables, updating project status reports, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met, from the initial proposal stage through project completion.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other client materials.
7. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
8. Participate in team meetings, providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or consulting industry.
2. Proven experience in customer service, with a commitment to providing exceptional client support.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
8. High level of professionalism, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
9. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
10. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
