Job Title : Staffing Recruiter

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill our clients' temporary or permanent staffing needs. Your ability to build strong relationships, effectively source candidates, and manage the recruitment process will contribute to the success of our staffing initiatives.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and timelines.

2. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job positions.

4. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' experience, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.

5. Evaluate candidate references, conduct background checks, and verify employment history and credentials.

6. Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and potential fit for the job.

7. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, and facilitate feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.

8. Collaborate with clients to negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and alignment with client expectations.

9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.

10. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals to expand the talent network and generate future staffing opportunities.

11. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)

Salary : $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
