A company is looking for a Sales Engineering Operations Manager to support and scale its global Sales Engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own SE systems and infrastructure, including POV management platforms and analytics integration
Enable data-driven execution through performance insights and process optimization
Refine and scale SE processes while driving communication and alignment across teams
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Sales Engineering Operations or related fields within a SaaS or technology company
Proven experience with Salesforce, Clari, and project management tools
Strong analytical skills for building and interpreting dashboards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated impact on SE efficiency and operational scalability
