CNC Mill Machinist

A precision manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Mill Programmer / Operator to produce high-quality components for aerospace, defense, and other high-precision industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Program and operate CNC milling machines based on work instructions and technical drawings.

Set up machines, including tooling, offsets, and fixture alignment.

Make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and production efficiency.

Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.

Maintain detailed records of production and inspections.

Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

Perform preventive maintenance on machines as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of blueprint reading, including GD&T.

Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot and adjust programs as needed.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Experience with Haas and / or Fanuc-controlled CNC machines.

2+ years of experience in CNC milling operation and programming.

Familiarity with MasterCam or similar CAM software.

You should be proficient in :

• CNC Programming
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines
