Onward Search is hiring for a Digital Campaign Manager for our global retail client. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms. Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from pre-sale strategy through post-campaign analysis — ensuring flawless delivery, pacing, and performance. This is a 3 mos contract with potential to extend. Hybrid in Hoboken, NJ.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across channels and objectives (brand + performance).
- Monitor campaign pacing, QA, and reporting to ensure accuracy and success metrics are met.
- Partner with analytics to develop insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage trafficking, creative assets, and client communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Maintain organized documentation and support billing and reporting processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in digital campaign or media managementStrong skills in analytics, ad operations, and project managementProficiency with Microsoft Office and ad tech platforms.Excellent communication, organization, and client service abilities.
