Clothesline Cleaners is seeking a customer service representative to join our team at our Boise location.
This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
As a CSR at Clothesline Cleaners, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — in person and over the phone.
You’ll handle garments with care, ensure accurate order intake, communicate clearly with the production team, and contribute to creating a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities :
- 🧽 Key Responsibilities : Greet customers with warmth , professionalism, and a positive attitude Accept and tag incoming garments accurately (using appropriate starch, press-only, or packaging tags) Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and customer concerns Use our in-house SMRT software to enter customer information and special instructions Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and lobby area Handle payments and issue receipts with accuracy Communicate any customer concerns or garment issues to the Operations Manager Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product / service based on their unique needs.
Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic. 📋 Requirements :
