An established contractor seeks a field leader to oversee concrete operations on large-scale commercial sites. Candidates should have strong knowledge of structural foundations, sitework, and tilt-up construction.

Responsibilities :

Manage field crews and coordinate schedules

Oversee layout, forming, and finishing activities

Monitor safety, quality, and manpower efficiency

Qualifications :

8+ years in concrete construction supervision

Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings
