Senior Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate problem-solving to enhance team effectiveness

Plan and manage software releases for complex programs to ensure timely delivery

Manage risks and issues associated with programs, implementing solutions as necessary

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred

Over 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

1 to 3 years of managerial experience supervising teams

Experience in agile methodologies and project management

Ability to facilitate collaboration and drive continuous improvement
