Job Description
An employer sitting in the GCT is looking to hire a hybrid Change Manager to assist with their Project team that directly supports change management within the organization. This person will be working to support change management projects that relate to Supply Management, Inventory, Logistics, Fleet & Facilities and Material Management. This person will be responsible for leading and running change management initiatives for various projects and stakeholders. He / She will need to run at creating a project plan, initiating communication plans, gaining approvals, executing on completion with change network plans, all the way through to execution. He / She will be applying their Prosci methodology to their work, leaning heavily on ADKAR processes. This will be a full time role, 12 month contract, paying between $45-55 / hour.
