Job Summary

Raytheon is looking for an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) to join the Tomahawk team for Recert supporting a large, high visibility, fast-paced development program located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of developing and achieving program material delivery and financial performance objectives in a matrixed environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

In this highly visible role, you'll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams. You'll create and execute the Program Material Strategy to ensure the flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure.

The MPM is the single point of contact interfacing with the Program Office and internal customers, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts. S / he will represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies, and objectives. The MPM oversees all Supply Chain Management activities needed to meet program requirements and ensures a strong link between various Supply Chain functions including Purchasing / Sub-Contracts, Logistics and Production Control. This position supports a product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment where successful material strategy execution is a key contributor to overall program success.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
