Details of the Division and Team :

The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility.

They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities :

Responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility.

They undertake time critical, complex, or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks.

Responsible to perform the eyeball check for sanction filtering under 4 eyes on the supporting documents of payments initiated by High-Risk Clients and ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility.

The staff must ensure the timely escalation for every potential hit in a document to the appropriate local / regional AFC.

Your skills and experience :

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a bank operations environment handling fixed income and CTP reporting.

Knowledge in accounting.

Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and reporting.

High Risk and Control awareness.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Proactive and team player.

Strong knowledge in MS Office would be an advantage.

Fluent in written and verbal communication both in Bahasa and English due to business language requirements.
