Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring proper screening and documentation
Process, schedule, and authorize orders while adhering to department protocols
Coordinate appointment scheduling and address participant and provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalency required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center service / support role
Flexibility with work hours is required
Experience in organizational tasks
