The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (May 26th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026). Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience and contributing to various department initiatives. The Analyst Intern position supports the investment team in managing JM Family's investment portfolios (Corporate, Insurance, Profit Sharing, Pension, 401k, and Non-Qualified). Primary responsibilities include monthly and quarterly performance reporting, ongoing review and assessment of existing managers, assisting with annual audit, portfolio rebalancing and cash forecasting, preparing minutes for all committee meetings, and maintaining SharePoint.

Responsibilities :

• Due diligence monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of the performance and investment strategies of current investment managers
• Assists with the evaluation of potential new investments
• Prepares monthly and quarterly investment performance reports and other related projects
• Performs periodic reconciliations between custody, internal systems, and external managers.
• Attend and participate in 3rd party asset manager meetings
• Coordinates regular meetings with the investment firm's management team
• Prepares quarterly investment performance reports for our investment committees
• Maintain the investment manager filing system and document retention initiatives
