Direct Support Professional

Starting Pay : $17 / hr

Schedule : Part-time (Evenings & Weekends Available)

Location : Kokomo, In

DSP Role :

As a Direct Support Professional at OPG, youll empower individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives and form meaningful connections.

Responsibilities include :

Assisting with personal care, daily living skills, medication, and meal prep
Supporting independence, inclusion, and overall well-being
Facilitating community engagement and transportation
Maintaining thorough documentation
Collaborating with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams
