Entry Level Manager

Our community outreach team collaborates with a diverse range of organizations, from startups to national non-profits, to help them achieve their marketing goals and community initiatives.
As an Entry Level Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various events, ensuring smooth operations, and keeping our clients at the forefront of their industries.
Responsibilities : Learn the company's strategies, values, and their alignment with the non-profits we represent by closely working with our Executive Managers.
Apply learned strategies to projects focusing on marketing, community outreach, and increasing market exposure. Familiarize yourself with our clients and communicate with them professionally as needed.
Attend meetings and educational webinars to stay updated on industry trends and skills relevant to success. Complete assigned tasks and duties effectively and promptly under the guidance of Executive Managers.
Actively seek to enhance business and management skills through continuous learning and resource utilization. Qualifications and Desired Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Punctuality and professionalism in all interactions. Eagerness to expand knowledge and skills. Adaptability to changing work conditions.
