Base pay range

$65,000.00 / yr - $134,100.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Scope the system : Work closely with the Product Owner and other squad members to ensure the right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level with focus on regulatory requirements (e.g., US Sanctions)
• Translate business needs : Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentation that support the target audience in understanding business requirements
• Facilitate communication at team level to build consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required) : validate end-to-end requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos; write and conduct UAT test cases and train non-squad stakeholders if required
• Proactively identify risks / issues that might affect the squad's health

Pay Range Minimum : $65,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum : $134,100 per year
