Base pay range
$65,000.00 / yr - $134,100.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Scope the system : Work closely with the Product Owner and other squad members to ensure the right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level with focus on regulatory requirements (e.g., US Sanctions)
- Translate business needs : Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentation that support the target audience in understanding business requirements
- Facilitate communication at team level to build consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
- Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required) : validate end-to-end requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos; write and conduct UAT test cases and train non-squad stakeholders if required
- Proactively identify risks / issues that might affect the squad's health
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent, preferably in information technology, math or Business ManagementExperience in IT project management and familiarity with related lifecycle, tools / deliverables and challengesExpertise in conceptual modelling; ability to see the big picture and envision solutionsKnowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)Strong analytical skills; ability to write business requirement documents and review technical solution designsExperience with FNZ Appway KYC platform and any core banking system is a plusDemonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in agile teamsClear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to business topicsIndependent and proactive working method with high-quality standardsAbility to handle complex and ambiguous situations independently with limited guidanceFlexibility to move between different requirements in a timely mannerPay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum : $65,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum : $134,100 per year
