About the Role / The Opportunity : As the Vice President of Analyst Relations in the realm of Digital Experience Software, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with industry analysts.

This key position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the enterprise digital experience (DXP) software landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in leading analyst relations programs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, sales, and executive leadership, to drive positive perceptions and awareness of our enterprise SaaS solutions in the market. What You’ll Do :

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts, leading briefings, inquiries, and interactions to ensure a positive perception of our enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Work collaboratively with product management, marketing, and executive teams to develop and refine key messages that resonate with analysts and reinforce our competitive positioning.
• Coordinate and facilitate analyst briefings, presentations, and demonstrations to ensure analysts have a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
• Monitor and analyze industry reports, competitive landscapes, and analyst insights to provide actionable intelligence to internal teams.
• Cultivate positive analyst perceptions and secure favorable placements in research reports, evaluations, and market assessments.
• Work to ensure analysts understand our product roadmap, innovations, and customer success stories.

What You Need to Succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in analyst relations within the enterprise SaaS software industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and influencers.
• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives.
• Track record of successfully influencing analyst perceptions and securing positive coverage.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart :

• Experience working with enterprise DXP software (content management, digital asset management, personalization, digital commerce, customer data platform, analytics).
• Familiarity with DXP market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience with industry analysts and influencers from Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other top-tier industry analysts.
