About The Role

Seaport Entertainment is looking for an Accounting Manager based in New York to focus on our Hospitality Segment. Reporting to the VP of Accounting and as a key member of the Seaport Accounting team, they will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of our managed restaurants and hospitality partnerships. This position will support in the management of the hospitality accounting team, ensuring all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and compliance requirements are met according to the team deadlines and US GAAP.

What You Will Do

Management

• Responsible for the shared management of the Hospitality Accounting team, provide guidance, mentorship and support, ensuring tasks are met timely and accurately.
• Conduct regular goal setting, check-ins, and team meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Manage staff training, ensuring correct processes and high standards are being met.
• Collaborate with other managers in the team to ensure overarching alignment.

About You

Compensation : $140,000 - $150,000 per year.
