Manufacturing Supervisor

A leading manufacturer of adhesives, coatings and polymers has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, motivated leader for our Production Supervisor role.

THIS IS A 2nd SHIFT POSITION : Monday through Friday - 2 : 45PM To 11 : 15 PM or until finished (approximate depending on business needs)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Managing the day-to-day operation, quality, and safety functions in the department.
• Responsible for the coordination of staffing, materials, quality control, and maintenance to meet expected productivity.
• Maintain operations in compliance with SOP's, company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Provide process guidance and technical troubleshooting support to production personnel in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
• Ability to understand and operate manufacturing equipment / process
• Work closely with management staff regarding productivity, quality, and employee performance.
• Ensure good housekeeping is adhered to and maintained in all work areas.
• Any other duties as they arise.
