Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Omni-Category Development Manager (CDM) located in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area. The Omni-Category Development Manager (CDM) is the central hub for sales reporting, analytics, and performance insights across Omni-channel and DotCom. This role turns data into actiondriving sales strategies, ensuring flawless execution in-store and online, and enabling informed decision-making for Walmart, Sams Club, and internal teams. Working closely with the Sales Lead and cross-functional partners, the CDM blends analytical expertise with operational follow-through to deliver measurable results. This role will be mostly work remote with at least 1 in office day per week, but the office is available for as many day per week as the right candidate may choose.
Key Responsibilities :
Own all Omni and DotCom sales reporting, analytics, and data sharing
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates on POS, inventory, in-stock %, and marketplace metrics
Track promotional impact, market share, and competitive insights from sources including Retail Link, Circana, and marketplace portals
Conduct weekly Walmart and Sams Club store visits to identify opportunities and flag execution issues
Audit Omni-channel listings for pricing, content accuracy, availability, and customer reviews
Validate costing, retail, and inventory accuracy across systems and configurations
Partner with Sales Lead to prepare forecasts, promotional recaps, and strategic recommendations
Attend and contribute to weekly business reviews, DotCom touchpoints, and divisional meetings
Coordinate marketplace inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment
Lead Omni-channel item setup, MOD analysis, and shelf performance reviews
Support promotional activations with reporting on sell-through, sales lift, and incrementality
Provide ad hoc reporting and insights for leadership, sales, and customer teams
