Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus is expanding due to consistent sales growth , and we’re looking for driven Sales Associates  to join our Toyota , Lexus , and Pre-Owned departments. This is your opportunity to build a career with real income potential at a dealership that’s growing fast and winning big.

What We Offer :

• $40K to $150K+ potential
• Training Pay  to help you transition smoothly
• Work / Life Balance  with under 50 hours per week
• Alternating monthly shifts :
• Month A : 9 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM
• Month B : 8 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM
• One scheduled day off every week
• One early-out day (3 PM)  every week
• Cross-Sales  across Toyota, Lexus, and Pre-Owned for qualified associates
• Paid Vacation :
• 1 week after 1 year
• 2 weeks after 2 years
• 3 weeks after 10 years
• Plus 2 personal days
