A company is looking for a Chief Investment Banking Officer Vice President specializing in Crypto and DeFi.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute trading frameworks for XLT-based DeFi investment strategies

Drive alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation

Lead teams of quants and data scientists in managing large portfolios

Required Qualifications

10+ years in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership in the USA

Proven record managing $20B+ AUM in crypto, DeFi, or traditional markets

Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, and on-chain data analysis

Strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency

Degree or MBA required
