Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Greenville, MI Shift : 1st Shift Pay : $20 / hr

Job Summary

Are you highly organized, proactive, and looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, MI. In this role, you’ll support our Technical Call Center and field Refrigeration Technicians, helping ensure timely and accurate communication while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, your core responsibilities will include :

Email and Case Management : Respond promptly and professionally to emails and case inquiries.

Follow-Up : Track open cases daily to ensure timely resolution.

Field Communication : Make outbound calls to technicians to relay updates and information.

In addition, you will also provide administrative support to call center staff, maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist with scheduling and coordination.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following :

Qualifications :

Previous administrative or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Global Warranty, Bruviti, Agent Assist, Teams, and SharePoint is a plus.

Positive, responsive, and collaborative attitude.

Skills :

Communication : Clearly and professionally convey information to customers and team members.

Organization : Keep track of multiple cases, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Technical Proficiency : Comfortable with software tools and office technology to maintain accurate records.
