Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries, orders, or issues.
Job Duties :
Process quotes, orders, and information requests from the website, emails, and phone.
Manage orders throughout the order process.
Provide customers with product details, ship schedule, and tracking information.
Assist customers after shipment with technical information, returns, and damage.
Keep a positive and empathetic attitude with each customer interaction.
Ensure turnaround times to customers are met.
Provide detailed and accurate outputs.
Consistent education on mechanical aptitude in order to master technical aspects of the product.
Skills and Qualifications :
Experience in customer service, customer-facing, or sales in a commercial office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Mechanical and math aptitude.
Active listener.
Ability to understand and relate to customer's expectations and main points.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work within a team environment.
