SR BI Manager

We have an immediate need for a highly experienced Senior BI Manager, CRM & Advertising sitting in Miami, FL hybrid 3 days a week onsite to oversee business analysis and project management for our Client's Simon Data Customer Database Platform (CDP), hands-on development of lifecycle journeys and trigger campaigns through all digital channels. Responsibilities include coordinating regional marketing efforts for their North America and Australia brand as well as managing their lifestyle marketing studio responsible for aiding in the buildout of their CDP, deployment of their use cases, building audience segments for the client's email campaigns and future implementation of a new Email Service Provider (ESP). This incumbent will ensure consistency across audience segments, implement efficiency solutions, handle complex segmentation, collaborate with the internal Digital Channel Analysts, and oversee direct mail and paid media segmentation. Effective communication, strong analytics, and marketing expertise are paramount.

This incumbent will need to gather, analyze, and document the requirements and get stakeholders' approval. The position's scope includes hosting weekly stand-ups with external and internal stakeholders, monthly enhancement prioritization, and other business meetings.

They will collaborate with our in-house Digital Channel Analyst for certain tasks where coordination between both is required for analysis work and closely with the Marketing CRM Specialists.

Salary Range : 115K-125K

• 5+ years of Campaign Management, Business Intelligence, and Customer segmentation experience
• 3+ years of experience with agile methodology
• 5+ years of professional Advertising management experience
• 3+ years of experience using a CRM systems like Siebel and Salesforce
• 3+ years of experience using a CDP platform like Simon Data or Adobe CDP
• 3+ years of experience with Email Service Providers like Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze
• Experience building, evaluating, and testing data science models and their application to retention marketing
• 3+ years of experience in developing automative email journeys
• User experience with Jira and other project management tools
• User experience with LiveRamp or equivalent connectivity platform
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI
• Basic SQL skills for data governance, cataloging, and analysis
• Understanding of web tracking and Analytics
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Expertise in email marketing best practices, technologies, trends, and GDPR, CAN-SPAM laws
• Proven experience in A / B and multivariate test design, execution, and analysis
