Job description

Sunpass Business Partnership Manager

This position will manage and provide policy direction to the SunPass Retail Program. The incumbent will manage, develop and promote transponder sales initiatives and secure new partnerships with major retailers, chains, distributors, packagers, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Welcomes Centers and Rest Areas, other distribution channels, and other agencies.

Through cooperation, coordination and collaboration among the OneFDOT team, you will be contributing to a strong and empowering culture of TRREC : Trust, Relationships, Respect, Empowerment, and Communication.

Office of Toll Operations

This position may be located in Boca Raton, FL 33434, Orlando, FL 32835, or Pompano Beach, FL 33068.

Annual Salary Range : $95,274.65 - $110,000.02

Your specific responsibilities include managing and providing policy direction to the SunPass Retail Program, managing, developing and promoting transponder sales initiatives, securing new partnerships, managing the SunPass activation kiosk program, directing, planning, and executing distribution activities, preparing and presenting research reports, serving as a liaison between the agency and other offices, assuming direct accountability for own work, managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of relationships with government and commercial market clients, developing, maintaining, and managing all contractual agreements, managing the development, implementation, maintenance, and expansion of a Money Services Business program, administering the SunPass packaging program, attending meetings and workshops, and performing other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have the following required knowledge, skills, and abilities : knowledge of management practices and principles, marketing and public relations principles and practices, skills in managing business relationships and partnerships, including contract management, using word processing, spreadsheet, email, presentation applications, ability to review, understand and create procurement and contract documents, establish and maintain working relationships with others, communicate verbally and written, work independently and determine priorities, develop, implement, understand and follow instructions, policies and procedures, interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner, handle multiple tasks, remain calm and effective when under pressure or interrupted, develop, prepare and review reports, plan workloads, work objectives and time utilization, oversee and manage staff.
