Key Personnel is seeking an Office Manager for a company in the Tulsa, OK area.
Office Manager Pay : $20-30 / hr
Office Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across administrative, accounting, and HR-related functions.
- Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, workers’ compensation, and general liability insurance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, insurance providers, and other external partners related to office operations and benefits administration.
- Prepare and submit required reports for payroll, benefits, and compliance purposes.
- Monitor and track office budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll, benefits, and insurance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and general HR administrative functions as needed.
Office Manager Requirements :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP Payroll systems required.Solid understanding of payroll processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.Familiarity with employee benefits, including medical, dental, workers’ compensation, and general liability..Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Key Personnel Benefits
