IT Resource Planner

A company is looking for an IT Resource Planner I to assist with resource scheduling and capacity planning for projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Engages with stakeholders to manage incoming resource demand and tracks resource data to identify trends

Collaborates with business units to prioritize resource demands and coordinates change management requests

Monitors staff utilization and provides reports to ensure efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience

Preferred degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with Agile Testing, Project Management, or Software Development Life Cycle is desired

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred

Completion of a Centene-sponsored emerging talent program may be considered
