Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Sales Calls : Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain policy options, and close sales deals.
Customer Service : Provide ongoing support to policyholders, answer queries, and address concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on Allstate's product offerings and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to the agency's success.
Requirement
Licensure : Must obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment.Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Goal-Oriented : Driven by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service.
Professionalism : Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.Local Candidate : Must reside in or near Livonia, Michigan for in-person work.
