Associate Attorney - Trusts & Estates

A respected Boston law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Trusts & Estates practice. This role offers a collaborative, team-focused environment and the chance to work on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities :

Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, and estate settlement matters

Handle asset protection, business succession, charitable giving, and related planning needs

Draft and review trust agreements, wills, and other estate planning documents

Collaborate with partners on complex transactions and client strategies

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Massachusetts

Minimum 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service
