Salesforce Administrator

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator - Latin America Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and triage GTM requests, prioritizing and implementing Salesforce updates and tool enhancements

Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on automation and process optimization

Maintain and enhance integrations with connected GTM tools and ensure platform health through data governance and system maintenance

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or RevOps environment

Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, automation (Flows), and Lightning UI

Experience managing Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud environments

Familiarity with GTM tech stacks and third-party integrations

Organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple tickets and projects simultaneously
