Project Scheduler
Allied Resources is looking for a Project Scheduler who will be responsible for the contractor schedules and resources, coordination and communication with customers and would conduct weekly meetings! A day in the life :
- Oversees and coordinates schedules for contractor work in Primavera P6.
- Engages with customers to discuss plans and expectations for completing non-large project work.
- Acquires updates on contractor jobs and adjusts schedules accordingly, while collaborating with field supervisors.
- Facilitates weekly meetings to plan and discuss work priorities with field supervisors and planning coordinators, ensuring clear understanding of ongoing and upcoming tasks for the current and future weeks.
- Arranges regular meetings with contractors and planning coordinators to communicate priorities and comprehension of the status of the current week's work.
The wish list :
- 5+ years of scheduling experience.
- Primavera 6 experience (required).
- Construction experience
- Communication and organization skills
