Lead Product Manager, New User Experience

About the Role :
Our mission is to help more people get on meaningful dates. Within that mission, the new user experience is where belief begins. We want new daters to see how Hinge can help them find meaningful connections, right from the start.
As Lead Product Manager, New User Experience, you'll shape how Hinge earns trust from day one. You'll design experiences that adapt and personalize quickly for different types of users, whether new to dating apps or returning to try helping each person see early proof that Hinge understands them.
You'll partner closely with our Growth, Trust and Safety, and Recommendations teams to solve cold-start challenges - how to make the first few recommendations feel relevant before the system has much to go on, and how to make the early experience feel rewarding and exciting.

$197,500 - $237,000 a year. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
