Purpose Statement : The positions will be responsible for controlling and directing the staff and activities involved in supply chain design and procurement. In this position you will lead the vision of supply chain solutions that enable transformative visibility and transparency of data and analytics. In this role, you will deeply understand the needs of customers, define and prioritize the customer product roadmap, and will be ultimately responsible for the adoption of these solutions with site / region support.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Formulate, model, and set optimal material QC pricing to align with overall account objectives, ensuring Plexus' financial goals are met.
• Lead quoting strategies and opportunity plans to enhance win rates and revenue growth.
• Exhibit leadership within peer group, influencing, motivating, and enabling others to contribute toward organizational success.
• Lead strategic material cost reductions while incorporating material pricing, current market, and customer negotiated conditions. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Serve as senior materials leadership representation at customer Executive Sponsor Reviews
