Accounts Payable Clerk

Oakland, CA (onsite)

Pay : $25-30 / hr

Do you have at least one year of accounts payable experience with experience supporting in fast paced environments? Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices daily? We are looking for an accounts payable specialist for a new job in Oakland, CA. Key Responsibilities :

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Credit card reconciliations
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure proper coding and approvals
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed
