Job Summary / Description :

This position serves as support for the Parking Services Office. Works closely with the Parking Services Director and assists in the daily operation of the Parking Services Office.

Typical Duties / Job Duties :

• Serves as the first point of contact for staff, faculty, students, visitors, and vendors entering the Parking Services Office. Provides timely, knowledgeable assistance with parking inquiries and issues physical and e-permits.
• Collects, categorizes, and processes daily parking ticket and permit transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational continuity.
• Answers the telephone, routes calls, takes messages as appropriate. Performs cashiering functions as needed or required.
• Assist customers at the service counter and respond to questions or problems related to campus parking.
• Assists in planning and making arrangements for special events that pertain to parking. Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
